LOCATION
The Building "Residencial Erika" Vacation Rentals Dominican Republic,
is located on the
south coast / Caribbean coast of the Dominican
Republic. In only 20min. east of the International Airport of Las
Americas (SDQ) Santo Domingo, 45min from the Dominican Republic's
Capital and center of all activities.
You can reach the fine sandy beach in a 5min. walk, so the center of
Juan Dolio.
There are 2 x 18 hole championchip Golf courses in 5min. shuttle
ride, which is included in the green fees.
The principal highway is in a few minutes walking distance, so if
you do not have a car,
you have full and direct access to public
transportation.
There are several medical and dental clinics in town, but the short
distance to
Santo Domingo opens the possibilities to go to
the capital for specialists or checkups.
There's also Dentistry tourism, people who come to Santo Domingo to
get new dentures,
full prosthesis, removable partial dentures,
fixed dentures, crowns, bridges, implants ...
you name it - or just some cosmetic dentistry
done - while in vacation ... saving a big deal of money.
San Pedro, the next larger town in 9miles distance has all the
shopping facilities you need for living or / and tourism. The new "Centro
Nacional del Este" Shopping Mall will open shortly to offer even
more versatility.
San Pedro is also known for it's internationally recognizes
Baseball Players like Jorge Bell and Sammy Sosa. The
University (UCE) where
students from all over the world study medicine,
dentistry and pharmacology to convalidate studies and practice in
their countries of origin. The UCE is accredited
by the United States, so students would receive
their US$ Student loans while attending school in Dominican Republic.
Shorter study times and more practice oriented
learning makes this
University so popular.
